Subscriptions are managed per school. You'll receive automated renewal reminders before expiration. Payments can be processed directly through Paystack. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the admin dashboard.

Absolutely. Scholary-Labs uses a multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation. No school can access, view, or modify another school's data. Each school has its own students, staff, financial records, and academic configurations.

Scholary-Labs supports 7 user roles: Super Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent, Accountant, and Librarian. Each role has a tailored dashboard and permissions specific to their responsibilities.

Schools can define custom fee structures per class or student. Parents can pay online through our Paystack integration. Accountants can track all payments, generate invoices, and view detailed financial reports from their dedicated dashboard.

Most schools are fully operational within 24 hours. Registration takes under 5 minutes, and our guided setup wizard walks you through configuring classes, sessions, and fee structures. Bulk student import is available for faster onboarding.
